For couples entering the Cute Couple SA competition, please ensure you take a few minutes to read the rules before entering the competition.
We expect the entrants of our annual competition to respect our rules in the interests of fairness and to ensure the enjoyment for all those that taking part.

Please read the competition Rules below, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, collectively known as “Competition Policies”, before taking part in Cute Couple SA, as your entry and participation will constitute your automatic acceptance of all Competition Policies.
Participants of our competitions are expected to respect the rules in the interests of fairness and to ensure the enjoyment for all those that taking part.

Failure to adhere to the competition rules may result in disqualification from the competition.
- All entrants and voters must be 18 years or older as of 1 March 2023 and open to participants who are South African residents only.
- Entry is only open to all couples (that is 2 persons in a romantic relationship, either married or unmarried).
- Strictly, one entry per couple.
- Entry into the competition is free and done via this website. Entries close on Friday 03 March 2023 at noon.
- Prize winners will be notified directly by email, the winners will also be announced via Facebook and the website no later than Friday 14 April 2023.
- This is a vote-based competition and the following voting methods are available; Free, SMS, Credit Card, PayPal and Zapper.
- Where votes are paid for, costs apply and vary. Pricing can be found at HOW TO VOTE and TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The bill payer’s permission is required if voting via SMS, this applies to contract and pay-as-you-go subscribers. Proof may be required as such before any cash prizes are awarded.
- Daily free votes expire at midnight 00:00:00 each day. Redeeming a Bonus Code is limited to one (1) per registered user, ten (10) per participating couple, subject to availability and/or other terms.
- Voting starts at 00:00:00 Wednesday 01 March 2023 and ends at 23:59:59 Friday 31 March 2023. Votes received after this time will not be counted but may still be charged for.
- All photos are screened. Only those accepted, using our sole discretion, during this screening process will be posted on our site and issued a Unique ID. Inappropriate or distasteful photo will not be accepted. Your entry will be deleted.
- The winners are required to verify their identity, age and residential province prior to receiving a prize and are required to have a valid South African bank account in order for us to award any cash prizes.
- The couple with the most votes received overall (free and paid for) will win the Cute Couple Grand Prize; a 7-night all-inclusive stay at the luxurious Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa in Mauritius. No cash alternative will be offered. Travel period is limited and indicated within the Terms & Conditions.
- Nine couples with the most votes received (free and paid for) will win one of nine Regional Cute Couple Prize titles valued at R8,500.
- To give all participants an equal opportunity to win, the entrants with more than 85,000 votes will have their entry "paused". This "paused" status will be lifted 14 days before the end of the competition.

- The lead participant (person who completes the entry) must confirm the province the couple wish to represent during the competition. This cannot be changed and must be selected by no later than Friday 10 March 2023.

The competition and the functioning of this website are governed by the laws of South Africa only, where should certain features of same laws not be specifically stated herein, they are nevertheless applicable. We also adhere to the Code of Conduct as set out by the Wireless Application Services Providers' Association (WASPA).
